Demonization of Reiki – Coffee & Reiki

Today, I want to discuss the demonization of Reiki. As you know, I love Reiki and I hate seeing it just being tossed around like hacky sack ball. I don’t believe in free Reiki. I think everyone should be taking classes and learning Reiki. The free attunements without classes, here read this book, and not giving anyone any type of instruction is what is causing so many people to believe Reiki is evil.

You can search the web on your own and find plenty of references. People will say their arms tingled so they were picking up bad spirits. Please! There is so much hate for Reiki and there really shouldn’t be. Reiki is just another path up the healing mountain and if we went back to classes that teach what byosen is and other Reiki techniques to really feel energy then we wouldn’t have this issue. Reiki is healing. Reiki is energy. And you must know both!

Breathing exercises are great for many conditions. People with anxiety use them to help before having a panic attack. Welcome to Day 30 of our challenge! We have 9 more days! Are you setting your intentions? Are you seeing your goals met? Do you feel the flow? Here is another idea for you. Start a grateful journal, an abundance journal, and keep a blessing jar. Every time an intention or goal is met, add a dollar to your blessing jar. At the end of this year, count your dollars. You will then see all the blessings you have achieved. Keep track of everything you are grateful for even your new found blessings. Keep track of everything in your life you see an abundance of like friends, family, someone named Joe, crayons, pencils, and so on.

Grab your gear! Sit comfortably! Breath in, exhale out! Leave yesterday, the past, and negativity behind you.

Welcome to Day 29 of our shreem brzee challenge! We are going for 40 days! Which includes the nights! Only 10 more days! The count down begins. After 40 days, you should see something beginning to happen even if it is within your creativity, your perspective, your opportunities, your network, or anything else. Maybe money is just falling from the sky for you! Abundance comes in many forms. I have an abundance of old tvs. They are hard to find new homes for or recycle. I am hoping this will change soon. I would love to see new tvs made out of old tvs. I have an abundance of old computers and computer parts. I keep them for the aspiring electronics kids wanting to build a robot out of them. You can have an abundance of food, cloths, cars, or anything really.

Today, I want you to focus on what you have an abundance of. Do you keep a grateful journal? If you do, then for today, write down what you have an abundance of. Name 5 things you have more than enough of. Sometimes we forget what we really have. It is a good reminder. Once you know what you have an over abundance of, think of how you can turn this abundance into some art or even cold hard cash! I think the most important journal we can keep in life is our ABUNDANCE JOURNAL!

Let’s grab our supplies and get them going. Breathing in, exhaling out! We release into the universe that which no longer serves us.

Welcome to Day 27 of our challenge!

When you are setting your intentions or goals, remember to always believe in them. If you believe you have the money, you have it. Look at each bill this month and say, “I have the money to pay you and then some.” Start believing it. I crochet in my spare time. I also knit. Sometimes, I give my projects away to my clients as little gifts. Sometimes, I sell them or give them to charity. I make hats, gloves, slippers, socks, blankets, and the occasional sweater. I make simple things like dish cloths. I may make toys for gifts. If I sold everything I made, I could be a millionaire right now just by selling each item for a dollar. Think about what you can do to make the extra you need that isn’t what you do everyday.

Get your equipment for your meditation together. Candles, incense, music, comfy pillow, and whatever else you need for meditation. A yoga mat is something good to ground yourself with that once you step on it, you immediately get yourself into that state of relaxation. Breathe in, exhale out. Breathing in you are claiming all the positive of the universe, exhaling out you are releasing everything that is holding you back and is negative in your life. Remember that!
